Borrower Outreach & Door Knocking Across the Bay Area
When phone calls stop working, boots on the doorstep do. DPI's outreach crews put a licensed, professional face in front of your borrower — respectfully, on your timeline, with a written report and photo evidence back to your desk.

How outreach visits work
We arrive in business attire, identify ourselves clearly, and deliver whatever your file requires — a servicing letter, a modification packet, or a simple ask to call the loss mitigation line. If the borrower isn't home, we leave the packet with proof of attempt and log the visit. Every attempt is GPS-tagged and photo-documented.
Skip tracing when they've moved
If the borrower isn't at the subject property, we run skip traces and follow the trail to their current address. We report back with what we found and, with your go-ahead, follow up at the new location.
Occupancy interviews
For files where you need to know who is actually living at the property — tenant, family member, squatter, vacant — we conduct a professional occupancy interview and hand back a written statement plus photo evidence.
Borrower Outreach & Door Knocking Questions
How many contact attempts do you make?
Standard scope is up to 3 in-person attempts on different days and times. We tune the pattern to what your file needs.
What if the borrower has moved?
We run a skip trace and report back with what we find. If you approve, we follow up at the new address as a separate visit.
Do you deliver certified or hand-off packets?
Yes — modification packets, loss mit letters, notices, and any other paperwork your file requires. We photograph the delivery.
